Therapeutic Massage

Our signature service, designed to target muscle tension, relieve pain, and promote deep healing. Therapeutic massage blends a variety of techniques to customize each session to your unique needs — perfect for chronic pain, injury recovery, or pure stress relief.
Available in 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute sessions..
Prenatal Massage
$75 - $110
Supporting you through every step of your journey to motherhood. Our Prenatal Massage is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of expectant mothers, providing gentle, targeted relief from the aches, pains, and tension that can come with pregnancy.
This soothing treatment helps reduce swelling, ease lower back pain, improve circulation, and promote overall relaxation — all while ensuring both you and your baby stay completely safe and comfortable. Special positioning and cushioning are used to protect the body and provide maximum comfort during every stage of pregnancy.

Medi-Cupping

Deep Tissue Massage

Integrity Stretch

Integrity Stretch is our focused 25-minute or 45-minute assisted stretching session designed to support the work you’re doing in massage — and to help you keep that progress going between appointments.
In a typical stretch routine, you’re doing the work and trying to relax at the same time… which is kind of like trying to nap while you’re carrying groceries. Assisted stretching changes the game. You stay relaxed while your therapist guides you through targeted stretches, using controlled positioning and gentle support so your body can loosen up without you fighting it.
Why add Integrity Stretch to your massage plan?
Massage helps reduce tension and improve tissue quality. Stretching helps reinforce those changes by encouraging better range of motion and helping your nervous system get comfortable in that “new normal.” When you combine the two, clients often notice:
Easier movement and improved flexibility (without forcing it)
Less stiffness between sessions
Better posture and joint mobility support
Reduced “tightness creep” after a few days (that sneaky tension that tries to come back)

For optimal benefit, we strongly encourage scheduling Integrity Stretch after your massage. Your tissues are already warmed up, your nervous system is calmer, and your body is more receptive — which means the stretch session can feel smoother and more effective, without needing aggressive pressure or intensity.

Integrity Stretch is also a great way for us to support you between massage appointments. If life is busy (and when isn’t it?), a focused stretch session can help keep you from sliding backward — so when you come in for your next massage, we’re building progress instead of starting over.
