We understand that life happens β€” emergencies come up, schedules shift, and unexpected things occur. At the same time, your appointment time is reserved just for you. When a session is missed without notice, it impacts not just our therapists, but also other clients who could have been served during that time.

To honor everyone’s time and ensure our team can provide the best care possible, we kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance.

πŸ’¬ Cancellations:

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice could result in a cancellation fee - 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows without notice will be charged full cost of the scheduled service.

  • We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis, always with understanding β€” but also with respect for the time and care that each session represents.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed.

  • If more than 15 minutes late without contact, the session will be marked as a no-show.

We know that emergencies and illness happen β€” if you are sick, injured, or experiencing a personal crisis, please contact us as soon as possible. We believe in leading with grace, and we handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.

By scheduling an appointment with Integrity Therapeutic Massage & Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy and authorize us to securely charge the card on file in accordance with the cancellation and no-show guidelines listed above.
