Terri, Owner & Licensed Massage Therapist
My love for massage therapy began more than 29 years ago while working alongside my husband in our chiropractic office. Although we’ve since retired that practice, my passion for helping others heal has only grown stronger.
There is no greater joy for me than seeing someone leave a session feeling lighter, stronger, and truly cared for. Natural health care has always been a way of life for me — a foundation I not only believe in but have lived out personally. I gave birth to all of my children naturally, with three of them born right at home, and throughout each pregnancy and birth, chiropractic care and massage therapy were essential supports, helping me stay strong and centered.
I’m blessed to be married to the love of my life, and I’m the proud mother of five beautiful children — two of whom are now celebrating their victory in Jesus after bravely battling brain cancer. I’m also “Honey” to five precious grandchildren who fill my heart with joy and keep life full of sweet moments and laughter.
My faith is the foundation of everything I do. He is my strength, my guide, and the reason I’m able to pour my heart into my work every single day.

Hi there! I’m Tabby — a licensed massage therapist, a wife, and a proud new mama to a beautiful baby girl. My husband and I are soaking in every sweet moment of this new season of life!
I’ve been practicing massage therapy since 2022, and I truly believe it’s one of the callings God has placed on my life. My faith in Jesus Christ is at the center of everything I do, and I see each session as an opportunity to bring comfort, care, and healing — whether through deep tissue work, Swedish massage, or simply offering a space where someone feels seen and supported.
My goal is to help people recover from muscle injury, relieve pain and tension, or just experience a moment of peace in the middle of a busy world. Sometimes it’s about restoring movement — other times, it’s about lifting spirits. Either way, I’m here to help.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside enjoying nature, behind a camera, binge-watching Gilmore Girls, or laughing at anything and everything. I love photography, comedy, shopping, and good conversation — and I never pass up a chance to be silly and have fun with friends and family.
Most of all, I want every client who comes to me to feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. It’s a joy and an honor to do what I do — and I can’t wait to walk with you on your wellness journey.
Alston, Licensed Massage Therapist
I became a licensed massage therapist in March of 2025 after completing a year-long program that not only trained my hands, but shaped my heart for the work I do. My approach is highly personalized — I specialize in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Assisted Stretching, and MediCupping, blending techniques from each to create sessions that are as unique as the people I serve. Whether you’re dealing with pain, limited mobility, post-surgical recovery, or just holding stress in your body, my goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and heal deeply.
Massage therapy wasn’t something I planned — it was something God called me into. I resisted at first, but He made it clear that this was the path He had for me. And once I surrendered to His will, I discovered a joy unlike anything I’ve ever known. When you listen to God and align yourself with His plan, you find more than just purpose — you find peace, fulfillment, and the ability to serve others with your whole heart.
This work is more than just physical — it’s deeply spiritual for me. Every session is an opportunity to care for someone not only through skilled touch, but with compassion, presence, and prayerful intention. It’s an honor to walk alongside people in their healing, and I’m grateful every day that God led me here.

Hello all, my name is Nicole, and many of you may recognize me as I am returning! Over the past few years, God has been taking me through a season of personal growth, and I am thankful to be taking this next step. I am a mother to a son who keeps me on my toes with an abundance of energy! My ultimate purpose in this life is to raise him in faith.
Throughout the past twenty years, I have worked in many different fields and with a variety of systems. That combined experience allows me to approach customer service with a great level of knowledge and expertise. But above all of those achievements and accomplishments, I view serving others as a gift and a calling from God. I truly believe that everything we need has already been provided to us, including the intricate design of our systems; however, we must do the work of cultivating what He has given us.
I value being a part of a business that has not only made God the foundation but also gives Him the glory. Integrity is a place with that kind of heart! I have known Terri and her family for many years now, and they have been a huge blessing to me and my son.
One of my favorite Bible verses is Romans 8:28:

I’m a brain cancer survivor since the age of seven, and I’m living proof that our precious Lord Jesus Christ is a beautiful miracle worker. My faith is the foundation of my life, and it’s my greatest joy to share His love and light with everyone I meet.
I’m married to my very best friend, and together we have two beautiful little boys who are my whole world. I love creating art, designing custom tumblers, and making fun, colorful creations whenever I have the chance. I also love to be silly, joke around, and enjoy life with my family and friends.
I grew up around wellness and healing, spending my childhood in my parents’ chiropractic office and later working in several different doctor’s offices. I’ve always loved the welcoming atmosphere of healthcare spaces, and I’m thrilled to now be part of Integrity’s mission to bring health and hope to our community.
